About Me
Hi, I’m MICHELE
certified Health coach, certified yoga instructor, Esthetician, and smoothie lover.
I struggled with my weight for years when I was young. I know first hand how horrible it feels to be uncomfortable in your own body. I struggled with digestive issues, severe acne, and had a horrible self- image. I used to think that happiness was a result of feeling thin. I thought I could achieve weight loss from eating tiny portions and working out a ton. I was so wrong! I made it my mission to learn everything I could about how to look and feel good both inside and out. I have spent the last 20 years studying nutrition, teaching yoga, becoming an esthetician, and recently becoming a certified health coach.
I am a dedicated certified health coach, and I am passionate in helping individuals achieve optimum health and wellness through a holistic approach. I received my education from the Institute on Integrative Nutrition in New York city. It was there that I learned the deep value of holistic wellness and nutrition. I use my knowledge and passion for nutrition to educate my clients on how eating whole foods can better their health.
I believe in the power of natural healing, and I am committed to guiding clients toward balanced and fulfilling lives by addressing the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that food is medicine. I believe that if we utilize the benefits of different foods, we will see an improvement in our body, skin, mind, and our energy levels. My goal is to help each client tune in to what their body needs to be their best.
My Approach
My approach is to listen, observe, and customize a plan based on each person’s needs. Everyone is unique, so I help individuals to discover what works best for them. We work together and explore all areas, including food, stress reduction, movement, and self care.
