What is Health coaching?

As your health coach I provide customized support to help individuals achieve their goals. I create individualized programs and provide practical advice and accountability to individuals trying to lose weight, resolve digestive discomfort, manage a new health condition, or to create new healthy habits.

How It Works

The first session

I do a complete assessment of your health, medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and go through any obstacles that you encountered in the past. We will end the session with and outline of your specific goals and discuss methods to keep you accountable. Your program will be customized to fit you and your lifestyle.

Future appointments

We will discuss how your week went. We will discuss accountability, goals, address any food or nutrition questions that may have come up, and help you stay motivated.

You will receive detailed appointment notes after each appointment. I will provide recommended actions, recipes, and handouts.

Each session builds upon the previous session and requires participation from the individual.

My goal is to give you all the tools to be able to be successful in creating a healthy lifestyle and gain the confidence and clarity to eventually do it on your own.

I am passionate about helping individuals feel better in their bodies. I know that adopting healthy lifestyle can change quality of life. I am driven to help as many people as possible to feel amazing!

In addition to being a certified health coach, I am a mom of two teenage sons and a wife. I live in Carlsbad, California. I love long walks, yoga and creating healthy recipes in my kitchen.
